Duvall Branch falls is a roadside waterfall on Alabama SR-227. It isn’t officially named as far as I know, so I gave it this name because it is on SR-277 and the water source is Duvall Branch, a creek crossing under the road at this location. The falls are about 100 feet off the road on the north side. I wasn’t looking for this but it was so obvious as I drove by coming from nearby Lake Guntersville State Park and it became a pleasant surprise. To find this for yourself just be in the area and head toward where Google Maps will show “The Eagle Roost View”, which is right next to Duvall Branch. Find the one, you should find the other. Here’s a little map snippet to assist you.
